The Tennessee Titans have bolstered their defense by signing former Seattle Seahawks edge rusher Dre'Mont Jones to a one-year, $10 million deal. Jones, released by the Seahawks prior to the final year of his three-year contract, brings much-needed experience to a Titans defensive unit that struggled to generate pass rush in the previous season.

Head coach Mike Macdonald praised Jones for his versatility, noting that he can effectively rush from both inside and outside positions. This signing addresses the Titans' defensive deficiencies, particularly after the release of Harold Landry, leaving them thin on pass-rushers.
