The Tennessee Titans are placing cornerback L’Jarius Sneed on injured reserve after he missed five games due to a quadriceps injury. This decision, announced by coach Brian Callahan, will keep Sneed sidelined for at least four more weeks.

Sneed, acquired from the Kansas City Chiefs in the offseason, was diagnosed with a significant quad bruise that has not healed as expected. Meanwhile, linebacker Jack Gibbens will also be placed on injured reserve due to a broken ankle.
