The Cowboys are set to open their rookie minicamp and sign 12 undrafted rookies including Corey Crooms and Marshawn Kneeland. Crooms transferred from Western Michigan to Minnesota after a successful run with the Broncos. Brevyn Spann-Ford from Minnesota is also joining the team.

Other players joining the Cowboys include Emany Johnson from Nevada, Jason Johnson and Alec Holler from UCF, Brock Mogensen from South Dakota, Julius Wood from East Carolina, Nathaniel Peat from Missouri, Denzel Daxon from Illinois, Byron Vaughns from Baylor, Cam Johnson from Northwestern, and Josh DeBerry from Texas A&M.
