The Dallas Cowboys made their first move in NFL free agency by signing long snapper Trent Sieg to a one-year contract. Sieg was a consistent presence on the Cowboys' special teams unit in 2023, playing all 17 regular-season games.
Before joining the Cowboys, Sieg spent five seasons with the Oakland/Las Vegas Raiders. He took over the long-snapping role after Jake McQuaide's departure and notably supported The Fletcher Foundation through the NFL's My Cause My Cleats initiative.
