Wil Lutz had a change of heart, opting to return to Denver on a two-year deal after initially agreeing to join the Jacksonville Jaguars. His agent John Perla confirmed the decision, with the deal set to be official after the 2024 league year begins on Wednesday. Lutz is coming off a successful season with impressive field goal conversion rates and a streak of 12 consecutive successful attempts.
Denver acquired Lutz in a trade with the Saints last August, reuniting him with his former coach Sean Payton. The Broncos gave up a 2024 seventh round pick in the deal.
