Colts linebacker Zaire Franklin was fined $22,511 for a tackle on running back Joe Mixon, while Texans running back British Brooks received a $4,444 fine for a hit on Colts kick returner Anthony Gould. Both players were not penalized during the game.
Concerns continue within the Colts organization about the officiating and protection of Richardson, who has faced some heavy hits without corresponding penalties or fines.
