The Colts signed cornerback Clay Fields III and wide receiver Derek Slywka as undrafted free agents. To make room, safety Daniel Scott was placed on injured reserve and center Jack Anderson was waived.

Fields participated in the Colts' minicamps after playing at Chattanooga, while Slywka played at Ithaca College. Scott, drafted in 2023, was on injured reserve all season.

Anderson has played for the Colts, Giants, Eagles, and Bills, appearing in 15 games in 2023 after being drafted by the Bills in 2021 out of Texas Tech.
