Nick Cross of the Indianapolis Colts is enjoying a standout 2024 season, ranking second in the NFL with 125 tackles, just behind teammate Zaire Franklin. During an appearance on the Up & Adams Show, Cross was informed he could approach a Hall of Fame record held by Steve Atwater, who recorded 173 tackles in 1990.
Despite a rocky start to his career, Cross has transformed into a key player, accumulating impressive stats including two interceptions and a forced fumble. With four games left, he aims to reach 150 tackles, a milestone not achieved by a safety since Pat Tillman in 2000.
