Douglas Coleman III, a defensive back for the Chicago Bears, is out of the hospital following an injury during a preseason game against the Kansas City Chiefs.

Coach Matt Eberflus confirmed Coleman is returning to Chicago after being hospitalized overnight. He showed movement before being carted off.
