The Raiders placed receiver Michael Gallup on the reserve/retired list and the Cowboys made him a third-round pick in 2018. Gallup suffered an ACL tear in 2021 and was awarded a five-year extension by the Cowboys.

His career ends with 266 receptions for 3,744 yards and 21 touchdowns. The Raiders also placed linebacker Darien Butler, offensive guards Jake Johanning and Jackson Powers-Johnson, wide receiver Jalen Guyton, and offensive tackle Kolton Miller on the active/PUP list.
