Former New York Giants quarterback Daniel Jones is set to join the Minnesota Vikings' practice squad following his release from the Giants. This move comes shortly after the Vikings have seen success with Sam Darnold leading them to a 9-2 record.

Jones, who had a challenging tenure in New York, will be joining a quarterback group that includes Nick Mullens and Brett Rypien. His previous season saw him complete 63% of his passes, with eight touchdowns and seven interceptions.
