Oshane Ximines has been placed on injured reserve following a knee injury sustained in the recent loss to the Seattle Seahawks. While the severity of his injury hasn't been disclosed, he is expected to miss at least four games. The 27-year-old linebacker, who logged one tackle in his first two games with the Patriots after joining the team via free agency in April, previously played five seasons with the New York Giants. His best performance came during his rookie year, recording 25 tackles and 4.5 sacks, but he had limited playing time in the following seasons. Last season, he finished with 24 tackles, two sacks, a forced fumble, and a fumble recovery.
