The Philadelphia Eagles completed their mandatory minicamp and finalized their draft pick signings, including top pick Quinyon Mitchell signing a four-year deal with a fifth-year option. Mitchell had a standout career at Toledo with 38 pass breakups and six interceptions.
Rookies Mitchell and Cooper DeJean will compete in the secondary with veterans Darius Slay, Avonte Maddox, and James Bradberry.
