The Philadelphia Eagles are reducing their roster from 91 to 53 players by the deadline. This initial roster may change as players are often released before being signed to the practice squad.

Players released include offensive lineman Max Scharping, wide receivers Austin Watkins and Griffin Hebert, and defensive end Tarron Jackson.
