The San Francisco 49ers made key roster adjustments ahead of their crucial NFC West matchup against the Seattle Seahawks.

Defensive end Yetur Gross-Matos has been activated from the injured reserve after recovering from knee surgery and is set to return to action. Meanwhile, punter Mitch Wishnowsky is likely heading to IR due to a persistent back injury that has troubled him since training camp.

To fill Wishnowsky's spot, Pat O'Donnell has been promoted from the practice squad. Additionally, Tashaun Gipson and Nick McCloud have been activated from the practice squad, while Darrell Luter Jr. joins Wishnowsky on IR. Offensive lineman Jon Feliciano's status has also been downgraded to out for the game.
