The San Francisco 49ers are facing uncertainty with quarterback Brock Purdy, who is limited in practice due to a right shoulder injury sustained in Week 11 against the Seattle Seahawks.

During practice, Purdy was primarily involved in handoffs while Brandon Allen and others took the lead in throwing drills. Coach Kyle Shanahan indicated that if Purdy cannot play against the Buffalo Bills, Allen will start, following his previous performance against the Green Bay Packers.
