Charles Omenihu, a defensive end for the Kansas City Chiefs, will not be able to play in the Super Bowl due to a torn ACL. Despite his injury, Omenihu has had success since being traded away from the Houston Texans in 2021. He played a key role in helping the 49ers reach consecutive NFC title games before signing with the Chiefs last offseason. Omenihu returned from suspension this season and recorded seven sacks in 11 games before his injury.
