The Kansas City Chiefs have designated running back Isiah Pacheco and defensive end Charles Omenihu to return to practice, making them eligible to play in the upcoming game against the Buffalo Bills.
Pacheco, who has been sidelined with a broken fibula, was the team's leading rusher for the past two seasons. Omenihu, recovering from an ACL tear, has not played this season. Both players will practice on Wednesday, with a three-week window to be activated.
Kareem Hunt has stepped up in Pacheco's absence, leading the team in rushing yards and touchdowns.
