The Kansas City Chiefs have secured tight end Noah Gray with a three-year, $18 million contract extension ahead of their season opener against the Ravens. This deal, which extends his rookie contract, takes him through 2027.
Gray, who was drafted in 2021, has been a key backup to Travis Kelce and contributed significantly in his first three seasons, helping the team earn two Super Bowl victories. General manager Brett Veach expressed a desire to incorporate Gray more into the offense.
The Chiefs are also focused on retaining other stars from their 2021 rookie class, including Creed Humphrey, who recently signed a historic extension.
