The Seahawks made room for incoming rookie signings by waiving linebacker Levi Bell. They are now at 72 players on the roster. Tackle Max Pircher doesn't count towards the cap due to the NFL's International Player Pathway Program.
Bell joined the team last year after going undrafted from Texas State-San Marcos. He had 10 tackles and a sack in the preseason but spent the regular season on the practice squad. The team drafted linebacker Tyrice Knight in the fourth round and plans to add more undrafted rookie linebackers.
