San Francisco 49ers tight end George Kittle was added to the injury report with hamstring tightness and is questionable for Week 3 against the Los Angeles Rams.
Cornerback Charvarius Ward is also on the report due to hamstring and knee issues, while safety Talanoa Hufanga is expected to return from an ACL injury. Receiver Deebo Samuel and running back Christian McCaffrey are among other injured players for the 49ers.
If Kittle cannot play, Eric Saubert will step in as the starter. Meanwhile, the Rams will be without receivers Cooper Kupp and Puka Nacua for multiple games.
